Social Committee

Promote Community Engagement and Social Activities.

The committee fosters a welcoming and inclusive community by organizing social gatherings, holiday celebrations, recreational activities, and other events that bring owners and residents together.

Coordinate Activities and Provide Recommendations to the Board.

The committee works with the Board to coordinate event planning, use of common areas, budgets, and other resources needed to support community activities. The committee develops and presents recommendations to the Board for consideration and approval, as appropriate..

Develop recommendations for Board consideration.

The committee may gather ideas, evaluate options, consider owner input and present recommendations to the Board in open owner meetings for formal review and Board approval.
