Maintain and Enhance aesthetic quality and enjoyment of the common areas
The committee focuses on projects and recommendations that improve the appearance, comfort and owner enjoyment of shared Association spaces.

Review interior, furnishings, décor and landscaping opportunities The committee may evaluate improvements involving interior common areas, furnishings, decorative elements, landscaping and related presentation of the property.

Develop recommendations for Board consideration
The committee may gather ideas, evaluate options, consider owner input and present recommendations to the Board in open owner meetings for formal review and Board approval.
